How to choose.
- Will it be held? Then weight and texture matter more than finish.
- Is there a big solid area? Uncoated will soften it — sometimes exactly what you want.
- Is it being embellished? Foil sits differently on coated and uncoated. Tell us the finish.
- Is it being written on? Plenty of beautiful stocks are terrible with a pen.
